Right clicking on this application will give you options like locking and unlocking mouse. Selecting the unlock mouse option will enable you to move cursor from left end of screen which will appear from the right hand screen border, the same applies for top and bottom screen borders.
This feature will allow you to quickly jump from top edges of screen to the bottom and access applications without any delay. This feature can be disabled by the lock mouse option.
